TEMPORARY SAFETY MEASURES FOR CLIENTS
- Sign waiver before coming in for treatment.
- Disinfectant will be available for you to use when you arrive and throughout spa.
- Proof of the Covid-19 Vaccine will be required at check in.
- Please note: All staffers are fully vaccinated and are regularly tested for Covid.
- Masks worn at all times by practitioners.
- Sinks distanced from each other and toilets available.
- High quality air purifiers in every treatment room and common areas.
We are doing our very best to keep you safe while also offering you some much-needed stress relief, relaxation and pampering ! Please let us know if we can do anything to make your experience more comfortable.
Appointments
We recommend booking appointments well in advance to receive your preferred date, time, and therapist for your services. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment so you can have time to relax before your service.
We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment.
All series purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable and can not be used towards other services.
Late Arrivals
If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on your treatment, or reschedule you for another day with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel Spa, Beauty Loft, and Fitness Studio appointments.
Gratuities
If you are pleased with the Spa, Beauty Loft, and Fitness Studio services you have received, it is customary to give a minimum 18% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash gratuities only please.
Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years of age (or 16 and up if accompanied by an adult). Fitness students must be at least 18 years of age.
